Dashboard
A dashboard is a page of charts and numbers arranged to be read together, so one look answers the questions a team asks every week.
A dashboard gathers the numbers a team checks often on one page: visits and people, buyers and revenue, the channels that moved. A good one answers a small set of recurring questions at a glance and links to the detail behind each number.
Dashboards lose their use when they collect every chart anyone once wanted. The ones teams keep reading are short, tied to decisions, and read for one period at a time.
In MIRA FIVE
Dashboards has its own entry in the sidebar. A dashboard combines saved insights, such as trends, breakdowns, numbers and funnels, with ready tiles for the key numbers, Google Search and Ads. The Overview is where every project starts: four key numbers, the visits and people trend, “What changed” against the previous period, and a briefing card for each of the four questions: where they come from, how they move, what they do and what they want.
Example
For the last 30 days, the Acme Shop’s Overview shows 1,041 people, 882 new people, 138 buyers and €21,582 in revenue.
