The journey map draws channel, landing page and next pages, down to who bought and who left.

Sample journey map for a shop over 30 days: 1,512 visits from six channels, the pages they landed on and viewed next, and the outcome. 114 people bought, 128 reached a goal, 305 kept browsing and 737 left. Organic search brought the most buyers.

Customer journey analytics shows the steps people take between arriving and buying. MIRA FIVE draws them as a map from channel to landing page to outcome, and every step opens the people behind it.

## The route each buyer took

See the channels every buyer came through, visit by visit, before paying. Paid search, then a direct return, brought 7 buyers.

Sample conversion journeys: 8 buyers came direct, 7 via paid search and then direct, 5 via organic search, 4 via paid social, email and then direct, and 3 via an AI assistant and then organic search. Buyers bought after a median of 10 days.

## Where the funnel loses people

Set 2 to 6 steps and a window, by person or by visit. 812 viewed a product, 391 added to cart and 138 paid.

Sample four-step funnel over 30 days: 812 people viewed a product, 391 added to cart, 231 started checkout and 138 paid an order, 17 % of those who viewed a product. The biggest drop, 52 %, is between viewing a product and adding it to the cart.

## Landing pages, by entries

Every page with its entries, bounce rate, exits and time on page. Sort by entries to see where visits begin.

Sample landing pages sorted by entries over 30 days: the home page had 761 entries from 612 people, a 38 % bounce rate and 41 buyers; /collections/sale had 255 entries and 33 buyers with the lowest bounce rate, 29 %; /blog/merino-care bounced most, at 71 %.

## Questions this page answers.

## Questions about journeys.

### Do journeys need consent?

Yes, for anything that follows people. The map, conversion journeys and funnels use visitors who consented; pageviews and entries count all traffic.

### What is the difference between a journey and a funnel?

A journey shows every path people took. A funnel counts how many passed the steps you chose, and where the rest dropped out.

### How long can a funnel window be?

Up to 30 days. Choose 1, 7, 14 or 30 days from the first step to the last, counted by person or by visit.

### Can I see who dropped out?

Yes, for visitors who consented. Every funnel step and every row opens the people behind it, with where they first came from.
