An event is one pageview, one custom event or one server event, and each counts once. On Free, events above 25,000 are dropped until the next month starts. On Pro, collection keeps running and nothing extra is charged; 100,000 is a fair-use allowance, and far above it Enterprise fits better. ### Can I cancel any time? Yes. Cancel in your billing settings, and Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. After that, your workspace is on Free. ### Does the price include VAT, and do I get invoices? Yes, €20 a month includes VAT. Every payment has a receipt with the VAT shown, ready to print under Billing. ### Is there an annual plan? Pro is billed monthly, at €20 including VAT. That is the only billing period, so you commit to one month at a time. ### What is Enterprise? Enterprise is for high volume: unlimited events, 3 years of history, and unlimited projects and members.
